The museum has a collection of biodiversity consisting of 15 galleries of the developmental history of organisms on Earthn including plants, invertebrates, reptiles, mammals and fish. It also answers all questions during evolutionary history, such as why the birds survived after the dinosaur era and why vertebrates evolved from fish.

Visitors can compare the beauty of skeletons, and marvel at the beauty of the spiral horns of narwhal.

There is a bit scary but very educational. Exhibition area of mammalian organisms in museum has many samples as in the picture, including orangutans, wild boar, and even the human skeleton.

Tropical rain forests: area of tropical rain forest of the museum is where visitors can learn why animals (including with squirrels, lizards, and snakes ...) can adapt and move easily from this top tree to another top tree.

In the picture below is the famous architect Mok Wei Wei of Singapore, he was also responsible for many other important projects, including the renovation project the Singapore National Museum and Victoria Theatre, and so on.

Lee Kong Chian museum had no windows, because Mok Wei Wei architects believe this is essential in protecting the specimens inside of the museum. He designed the museum inspired by a monolithic block, no windows, and called his design is "the symbol of a natural stone”.
