Nasi Uduk

The name is derived from the processing of this dish, because people use coconut milk to cook rice. This creates characteristic for the dish. Nasi Uduk is usually eaten with fried onions and a series of side dishes such as spiced meat, fish, chicken, boiled egg, chili sauce and crackers.

Nasi Tumpeng is quite common rice dish in Jakarta with two blue, yellow fancy.
